  4. RubyTube is protected by copyright laws and international
  5. copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property
  6. laws and treaties. RubyTube is licensed, not sold.

  8. The following is a legal agreement between you and the author
  9. for the RubyTube software product (in whole or in part,
  10. including all files, data, and documentation, from here on
  11. referred to as SOFTWARE). By installing the SOFTWARE, you agree
  12. to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree
  13. to these terms, do not install.

  17. free of charge in your music productions.
